In the first weeks, it can feel like every expert says something different.
You may be trying to act fast without knowing what actually matters most.
The assessment helps you prioritize what to focus on now, so you don’t waste months chasing the wrong targets.
You may have seen effort and progress in sessions, but daily life still feels hard, and you’re tired of guessing.
The assessment helps identify what brain functions are most ready for change so improvements are more likely to carry over into real life.

a family-centered approach that
supports brain development through
short, hands-on activities that
you do at home.
Instead of drilling isolated skills, the activities are designed to strengthen the brain’s capacity to regulate, process information, and adapt, so everyday life gradually feels calmer and easier.

You’ll do short, hands-on sensory enrichment activities as a family.
They are designed to support brain development in ways that make improvements more permanent and more natural, which will make daily life feel calmer and easier over time.
Time commitment: Start with about minutes per day, days per week.
Activities: Simple combinations of sensory and movement experiences (not drills).
Coaching: We teach you what to do, watch how it’s going, and adjust so you’re not guessing.
Materials: Mostly household items, plus a small set of optional supplies.
Customization: The plan evolves as your child’s brain adapts, so you keep working on what’s most ready for change.

When the brain has more capacity, it is more resilient and more adaptable.
You will notice changes across multiple areas at once, like sleep, mood, sensory processing, learning, communication, and connection.
Progress isn’t perfectly linear, but strengthening underlying brain functions can make improvements more likely to carry over into everyday situations.
The first step is an assessment, where we build a clear picture of what your child’s brain seems ready for right now and what to focus on first.
Once you have a clear picture of what you can expect, we have different options, from:
a $150 course with 7 brain stimulation protocols, to
a $69/m subscription to our customization software, and all the way to
a guaranteed program with the creator of Sensory Enrichment Therapy for about $900 per month

In randomized control trials, children who added Sensory Enrichment therapy to their existing programs were 6X more likely to improve by 5 points or more on the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS).

Remarkably, 21% of the children in the Sensory Enrichment group moved up by one whole diagnostic classification on the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS).
