The Mendability brand includes the words, phrases, symbols and designs that are associated with Mendability and the services Mendability provides.

Keep enough space around Mendability brand assets so they appear clean and uncluttered
Follow other Mendability terms and policies

Mendability doesn’t permit or license its trademarks, logos or other intellectual property for use on merchandise or other products such as clothing, hats or mugs.

Use the Mendability brand in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship or endorsement
Combine any part of the Mendability brand with your name, marks or generic terms
Use trademarks, names, domain names, logos or other content that imitates or could be confused with Mendability
Present Mendability in a way that makes it the most distinctive or prominent feature of what you’re creating
Use any icons, images or trademarks to represent Mendability other than what is provided to you by the Mendability home office
Assert rights over the Mendability brand whether by trademark registration, domain name registration or anything else
Feature Mendability on materials associated with pornography, illegal activities, or other materials that violate the Mendability Terms
Modify Mendability brand assets in any way, such as by changing the design or color
